Rules of Contract: The day of the event, the group must have 90% of what was booked and confirmed with in order to receive a deposit back. If the number of meals are not ordered for what confirmed for, the deposit is forfeit. Also, the person responsible for the event must call the Sunday prior to event date with a confirmation number. This is to ensure we schedule accordingly to accommodate the event.

 

A Private Event requires a deposit with 20 or more people for one room.

Deposit amount per room is $50.00

If in need of both rooms its $150.00

 

If desired to have a private room with 19 people or less there is a NON refundable room charge of $50.00 per room.

 

Seminars will have a NON Refundable Room Charge of $275.00 per room and if only one room is booked there is no guaranty that there will not be a private event in the opposite room.

 

NO CHECKS are accepted for payment! 

each group will be responsible to collect all money up front, we will only provide one check and not collect from each individual of the group

We have a large private room that can hold up to 160 people or it can be diveded into two rooms. one side is smaller then the other so we can host smaller groups.
